As the principal of Rasmussen Consultants, Jay E. Rasmussen provides management consulting and executive coaching for public and private organizations. His goals are to strategically plan their enterprise, improve performance or effect change.
During Mr. Rasmussen’s 22 year business career, he has served in Senior Executive positions providing corporate leadership, group and division strategic planning, executive coaching, turnaround, oversight, and mergers and acquisitions. Rasmussen has had P&L responsibility
as Director, starting his career from the ground up, and brings this business world reality to
the consulting environment with the ability to understand all aspects of operations.
Rasmussen provided Management Consulting services to AmeriPride, Inc. a Minnesota based
Linen and Uniform Services company, and became Regional Director and Senior Vice President. During Rasmussen’s 12 year tenure, the company grew from early stage sales volume to $110 million in sales and above average profitability.
